With Compass Asset Management Co., Ltd. serving as the core of our investment management operations, our group has continuously formed and managed funds investing in residential real estate, providing stable investment opportunities to investors in Japan and overseas.

In recent years, we have also entered a new field that contributes to decarbonization and the stability of power infrastructure by forming and commencing the management of a fund investing in battery energy storage systems (BESS). Centered on the two areas of real estate and energy, we are developing a platform that offers a diverse range of investment management opportunities to cross-border investors.

The relocation reflects the expansion of these businesses and our commitment to further strengthening our investment management capabilities.
