Compass Capital Group (Compass Capital Co., Ltd. and Compass Asset Management Co., Ltd.) hereby declares, both internally and externally, the following as its basic policy regarding responses to anti-social forces:

1. The Company will respond to anti-social forces as an organization.

2. The Company will respond to anti-social forces in cooperation with external specialized institutions.

3. The Company will sever all relationships with anti-social forces, including any transactions.

4. In the event of an incident, the Company will take legal action from both civil and criminal perspectives.

5. The Company will never engage in under-the-table deals or provide funds to anti-social forces.
